Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Clotho Collective. If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt. The items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags attached. We do not accept returns on final sale items. Item(s) must be returned via a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation. All shipping costs must be pre-paid by the party returning the merchandise (i.e. the customer). If a product arrives damaged or there is any issue with your product, please contact us immediately. We cannot accept returns after the 14 day period (from date of receipt). Returned items eligible for a refund will be refunded for the cost of the original purchase. If you would like to initiate a return or exchange, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
